1. Service Description

Velqora provides digital document verification, packaging, and translation services. We create Trust Packets, digitally sealed document containers.

2. What We Do Not Do

• We do NOT issue apostilles or e-Apostilles
• We do NOT replace competent authorities
• We do NOT guarantee acceptance by any specific institution or authority
• We are NOT a translation agency

3. Verification Levels

Our L0-L4 verification levels describe the level of independent verification performed. L0 means user-provided; L4 means officially legalised. Higher levels require human review.

4. Translation Drafts

Translation drafts are prepared with the help of automated language tools and are clearly marked as drafts. A certified translator reviews and signs off on every translation before it is included in the Trust Packet. Verification levels above L1 always require human review.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are available for unfulfilled orders within 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Velqora's liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for rejection of documents by third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are resolved in Croatian courts.
