Velqora d.o.o. is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.

2. Data We Process

• Account data: email address, name
• Document data: uploaded documents and metadata (encrypted at rest)
• Verification data: verification steps, audit logs
• Payment data: processed by Stripe, not stored by Velqora

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for document processing.

4. Data Retention

Documents are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you activate Digital Vault. Account data is retained for 3 years after last activity.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us at privacy@velqora.com.

6. Translation Assistance

Translation drafts are prepared with the help of automated language tools and then reviewed by a certified translator before being included in your Trust Packet. Your documents are never used to train third-party models. All processing steps are logged and auditable.

7. Data Transfers

All data is stored in EU data centres. No transfers outside the EU/EEA.

8. Disclaimer

Velqora verifies, packages, translates and digitally seals cross-border digital document packets. It does not issue apostilles, does not replace competent authorities, and does not guarantee acceptance by every relying party.
